Return Policy

Because of the customized nature of most of our work refunds are not permitted. Press deposits may be held if printing must be delayed (please give at least two weeks notice) but cannot be refunded. Stock items such as thank you cards or blank envelopes may be returned for 80% refund with a 20% restocking charge.
